Smoked Tomahawk Steak Recipe:

Ingredients:

2.5 lbs Tomahawk Ribeye Steak

Big Daddy Hill's Texas Brisket Rub

Recipe:

Pre-heat your smoker to 250 degrees.  While the smoker is getting warmed up, pull the ribeye out of the refrigerator.  Season liberally on all sides with Big Daddy Hill's Texas Brisket Rub (we use this on almost everything to be honest). Allow the seasoned steak to rest on the counter for approximately 20 minutes.

Place the steak on the smoker and cook for 20 minutes, then flip and continue cooking for an additional 20 minutes.  Reverse sear by getting the temp up to at least 450 degrees, and cook on both sides for an additional 3 minutes.

Remove from the smoker and rest for 15 minutes.  Serve up with baked potatoes, or mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus for an easy, but fantastic meal.
